
The Leninsky District Court of Penza fined the coordinator of the Open Russia movement Olga Zhulimova for 20 thousand rubles after the publication of a photograph with a banner in memory of the murdered politician Boris Nemtsov. The court found Zhulimov guilty of conducting an inconsistent action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Rosbalt reports .
Zhulimova told the agency that on the birthday of Nemtsov on October 9, several people took pictures with a banner with the inscription “Thank you, Boris!”. The photo was published on social networks.
