Medvedev allowed state -owned companies to classify his suppliers

The Russian government allowed state -owned companies not to publish data on suppliers and contractors in the procurement register. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, they write Vedomosti.

The document allows state -owned companies to limit themselves to the publication of impersonal information about the results, method and price of purchase and not to disclose data about the winner of the competition. It is noted that this is a temporary measure. It will be valid until July 1, 2018.

According to the newspaper interlocutors close to state -owned companies, such a decision should protect the schemes for bypassing US sanctions. First of all, we are talking about technologies that are very difficult to replace.

In addition, the Government allowed the Ministry of Defense, the Federal Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service in a completely closed mode in a separate resolution. Information about the procurement of these bodies will be attributed to state secrets, which allows you to not publish either notification about the competition or their results. The operation of the resolution until July 2018 will allow you to close the entire process of placing the state defense order for the next year, which usually takes place in the first half of the year, the former official of the Russian Ministry of Defense told the publication.

In early August, the US President signed the law on new sanctions against Russia in response to the alleged intervention in the American presidential election, aggression in Ukraine and the support of Syria President Bashar al -Assad. The document limits the maximum investment in Russian oil and gas and energy projects, as well as defense enterprises. At the end of October, the State Department published a list of Russian companies that can be extended to sanctions. It included 33 organizations of the military-industrial complex, as well as companies associated with the FSB and the SVR.
