Omsk vice-governor will be the first deputy of the head of Khakassia

The head of Khakassia, Viktor Zimin, announced the appointment of his first deputy Andrei Novoselov from Omsk. The former vice-governor of the Omsk region at a new post will be responsible for "making money."

Zimin published information about personnel appointments on the air of the GRTK Khakassia. According to the head of the region, now he will have the first two deputy: Andrey Novoselov and Oleg us. Moreover, the first “will earn” money, and the second “spend”.

“There will be two first deputies. I will share finances and economics. One person does not have time to do all this, ”Zimin commented on the appointment.

The head of Khakassia also noted that he really asked Novoselov to return to Khakassia, because "here he is loved, appreciated and know." Note that yesterday Andrei Novoselov did not confirm his resignation. In an interview with the Omsk media on November 29, he said that he did not write an application for dismissal.

Andrei Novoselov was born in the city of Omsk on August 9, 1959, a graduate of the Omsk Higher Law Academy. For 11 years - from 1982 to 1993 - he worked in the OPSS unit. Having lived in his native Omsk for 46 years, since November 2005, Andrei Novoselov has been moving to the Republic of Khakassia on the proposal to take the post of deputy general director of Hakasenergo OJSC for investment and resources, and two years later he headed the enterprise.

In 2009, Andrei Novoselov became deputy chairman of the Government of the Republic of Khakassia. Since November 2015, he takes office as the first chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region.
