He was accused of abuse of power (Article 285 of the Criminal Code), obstruction of justice (Article 294 of the Criminal Code) and receiving a bribe (Article 290 of the Criminal Code). In the Nota Bank episode, Zakharchenko is accused of warning the bank’s former financial director Galina Marchukova and her sister Larisa about the impending searches.
