“On December 4, 2017, as part of the all-Russian campaign “Debt-Free New Year,” a nationwide raid will be held for the first time in all territorial bodies of the FSSP of Russia. It will be dedicated to the collection of arrears on alimony payments and wages - the most important socially significant areas in the service’s activities,” the department reports.
It is planned that bailiffs throughout Russia will conduct raids on the addresses of debtors to check their property status and seize property, as well as to check the organization’s accounting departments.
“Particular attention will be paid to the use of the powers of bailiffs to limit debtors’ use of special rights and prohibit them from leaving the country,” promises the FSSP.
Similar events are planned to be carried out throughout the month: on December 11, bailiffs will conduct raids on the addresses of debtors to collect collection payments, on December 18 - on the addresses of those who owe fuel and energy organizations, and on the 25th, bailiffs will check the execution of non-property documents.
