Azamat Meyrmanov, the son of an assistant to Imam, convicted of “violent acts of a sexual nature” (about which the new told in the material “The village of accused” on November 17, 2015), was charged with five more serious crimes - robbery, robbery, murder and two rape. One of them is under the same article (“Sodigy with the use of violence”), according to which he has already been appointed by the court of 4 years in prison.

Judging by the crimes that are charged with the azamat, and for which he is serving a punishment, if nothing else is known about him, the Meyromans are an exemplary fraction of Hell, but not one of the inhabitants of the village of South (Omsk region, Pavlograd district), where he was born and lived all his years (27 years) that he is capable of something like that. “I have known him from an early age,” says the teacher of the local school Karagoz Ozumbaev. “Always a friendly, polite guy - nothing bad was behind him, and suddenly became a rapist - it doesn’t happen.”

The characteristics in his case from different people are confirmed by the general opinion - the deputy head of the rural administration of Yu.P. The villagers sent a petition to his defense - to the regional court, the Prosecutor General and the Investigative Committee. 170 people signed under them, and in total there are two hundred yards in the south. They went to the rally - for about two hours they survived in the cold under gusts of wind up to 20 meters per second with the slogans “Freedom of Azamat Meyrmanov”, “There is no judicial and police arbitrariness!”. Everything is unsuccessfully: the court believed the words of the victim - a local resident of 58 years old, suffering from dementia, who during the trial has repeatedly changed his testimony.

He did not see the rapist, he said (a crime was committed in the dark), recognized him only by his voice, being a disabled person by hearing.

He had to write a statement in the police department twice, and both times - after the case was opened. The first was the indefinite date of the crime-February-March, and when the Azamat presented the Pavlograd police department issued by the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs that he was not in the Omsk region during this period (he worked in Volgodonsk with a rotational basis), the case was ready to transfer to the prosecutor's office and then had to be closed to the court. Immediately a new one was open, where the date of the atrocity moved to October - November, about which the victim in the courtroom forgot more than once, calling the previous date.

He also remembered the personality of the criminal: at the beginning of the trial to the question whether he raped him Meirmanov, answered negatively, after which the state prosecutor asked the judge to declare a break, and he was declared, but only for two - for the prosecutor and the victim. The other participants in the process did not let out the bailiffs from the hall.

The lawyer Yuri Amen, who defended the Azamat at that time, told the “new” that this was the gross violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure, but the regional court, where he filed a complaint, did not find anything unlawful in the actions of the judge. After the break, the victim changed the testimony, and these testimonies, refuted by him several times, compiled the entire substantial part of the sentence to Azamat Meyrmanov. There is no other evidence in the court decision.

Card blanche for torture

“Southerners” know how the criminal prosecution of Azamat began. He became the accused shortly after Yermek Meirmanov called the reception of the chairman of the IC of Russia Alexander Bastrykin and told how the Pavlograd police officers knocked out of his son and six more local residents recognition in the murder (it happened in January 2015-the unknown people abused Raisa Mocina, deprived her of life and burned her values ​​and set fire house). Within a week they kept them in the district department without protocols about the detention, striking every day to strikes in different parts of the bodies with fists, legs, and special equipment.

The call to the chief investigator of the country was not left without consequences for the police: an audit began in relation to them, the investigation was accelerated by Novaya Gazeta’s requests in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the IC of the Russian Federation.

It was these officers who fell under suspicion under the article “Exceeding powers using violence” that initiated the case of “violent actions of a sexual nature” in relation to Azamat Meirmanov.

The investigation in their case was carried out, said the assistant to Imam, impeccably - using the latest forensic science methods (in particular, the DNA examination identified the blood of the azamat found on the floor of the office, where it was tortured by law enforcement officers). The court confirmed all the facts established by the investigation. In the verdict, their list occupies many pages: “Bending to the giving indications, Akhmetov inflicted at least 2 strokes with his fist in the chest, with his fist in his left eye, knee in the groin, Bogomolov hit him with his fist in the stomach ...”; “Akhmetov inflicted at least 2 beats to Vasiliev by a stouthore in the chest, at least 2 strokes in the spine, at least 4 shocks to the butter of the buttocks ... Diser inflicted at least 2 strokes with a stamp, at least 4 strokes of the knee with a knee -deep handle. Bogomolov struck Vasiliev at least 1 stroke with a stouter shker in the penis area simultaneously with similar blows inflicted by Akhmetovo and Dizer ... Akhmetov struck Mustakimov with his hands with his hands and chest, at least 3 legs with his foot in the chest, at least 1 hit in the face of the face, after which he infuriated at least 8 strokes by an electric shocker along the electric shock. to various parts of the body ... Akhmetov, Diser, acting in agreement, turned the zibzei facing the wall, removed his pants and stacked at least 10 strokes with a discharge of electric current on various parts of the body ... The Pavlograd District Court behaved in relation to police officers as the most humane court in the world: having found them guilty of numerous tortures, he appointed them a conditional punishment, and the regional court upheld this sentence, thereby issuing Omsk law enforcement officers of the card blanche for further torture.

The peculiarity of this trial was that the victims were delivered to the courtroom under the escort, and all the court sessions sat in a cage, and the accused came and sat on benches. The court found that they could not exert pressure on witnesses, in contrast to people suffering from chronic diseases: entrepreneurs, bloggers and even unreliable representatives of the authorities (such as Nikita Belykh, Oleg Shishov, Yuri Hamburg ...), whom the courts have been detained for years.

Near Azamat Meirmanov, a former orphanage Alexander Vasiliev, convicted of 1.5 years for the theft of a cell phone, was sitting behind the bars in the courtroom. In the colony, Alexander tried to commit suicide: as he wrote in a statement addressed to the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Andrei Condin, due to frequent beatings. Law enforcement officers, according to him, were pushed out of him a confession of the murder and there, also tried to force him to stipulate Azamat and Ermack Meirmanov (signed the paper that he, Vasiliev, wrote a statement against the police officers under his pressure). Alexander voiced all this in court, his statements were introduced to the materials of the criminal case.

After the release from the colony, the investigating authorities did not leave him alone: ​​as his own sister Natalya says, from time to time people in civilian clothes and in police uniform were detained in the house where he lived, took him to the city and brought it back at night.

In February of this year, Alexander got a scotchist for a local farm. Two dozen of her workers witnessed how his police officers pursue.

• They drove up there at the UAZ, ”says Ermek Meirmanov. - Sasha, seeing them from afar, ran through the field to the forest. They chased after him, and stalled in the snow. They began to call somewhere so that they were delivered a snowmobile. But they could not catch up with him either: he reached the village, there people gave him a horse - he rode off on him, hid.

Three days after this incident, Alexander Vasiliev was brutally killed. On his body - 18 stab wounds. According to investigators and the court, a 52-year-old vision disabled.

"In vain against the system went"

What happened further is described in the statement of Azamat Meirmanov addressed to the head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Alexander Nastrykin (with the appeal to him, Ermk Meirmanov, we recall that the troubles that fell upon his son began) dated November 29 S.G.: “I was serving a sentence in IR -8. At the end of July 2017 he was in the workplace. I was called the day, brought me to the office. There were two in civilian clothes. One of them said that he was the head of the threshold, the surname Abakumov, and he has a serious proposal to me: I must give in court to the deceased Vasiliev - that he killed pensioner Raisu Motsin that I saw everything, but did nothing. I replied that I am not going to stipulate anyone. He began to say that there is another option - I would be accused of another rape of Sagatbaev ( the surname changed - G. B. ). I said that this is nonsense. He replied: you have a choice - to become a witness or the accused. I refused to testify. The employee of the UK-8 Kondrashkin said that I had repeatedly raped Sagatbaev, he let the rumor that we had a love relationship with him, and he would tell all the convicts about it ...

Then Kondrashkin began to beat me and express threats addressed to me: he would lower me, after which he would drive me into a harem, he said that I thought faster. I refused again, he began to scream, then hit again. On the same day, I was transferred to the 11th detachment-adaptation: I was forbidden to go beyond, communicate with someone, call. The investigator of Chugunov repeatedly came to me, demanded that I give the testimony he needed, said that he would open a case under Part 1 of Art. 132.

Kondrashkin told me that I was in vain against the system, that I did not need to sue police officers, punish them, that the system would not leave me at rest.

At the end of August, I was taken to the headquarters. There were two in civilian clothes. One of them asked if I decided to go a witness. I replied that I would not go. He said that I sailed, I will end: I will tell them everything, I will tell you where the gold pensioner is doing. I answered him: sailed - it means that I sailed. Kondrashkin promised that my hands and legs would break and still force me to sign the confessions in those crimes that I have not committed.

On September 11, I was transferred to the pre -trial detention center - 1 city of Omsk ... At the end of September, they brought to investigative actions to the office where three people were ... An employee of the pre -trial detention center demanded that I face the wall and began to beat on the head, in my face, to stretch, then I would beat my head again, demanded my arm and put my hand and put it on the floor ... ”

Contraindications

The conditional decision of the district court, approved by the regional, in the case of “abuse of powers using violence,” made it clear to the Omsk law enforcement officers that they had the right to such actions, and probably inspired by them, the security forces are allowed into all grave.

Azamat Meyrmanov is accused of five crimes on grave articles, which together are drawn for a life sentence - murder (Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and three related to him: robbery, rape of a pensioner, arson of the house, and separately under Article 132 part 1 (“Sodies with the use of violence”).

According to his lawyer, the charges of the first four articles are based on the testimony of Alexander Vasiliev, which the investigation suddenly decided to give a move six months after his murder. His sister Natalya, Ermek Meirmanov and everyone who knew this guy, is sure that he did not give such evidence.

In the second case of sodigy, the victim is the same as in the first - a person who, by age, is suitable for Azamat in the fathers. Six years later, he suddenly remembered another such episode. Recently, the assistant to Imam Ermek Meirmanov congratulated him on Kurban-Bayram: he came to his house, where the rolling ball, laid out a stick of sausages, lamb, sweets on the table, "so that he could celebrate the holiday humanly." And he admitted to Ermek that he wrote a statement to the Azamat under the pressure of the investigator, and confirmed this recognition in writing.

A month ago, police officers drove into his yard, put him in the car (Sagatbaev’s neighbors saw this) and took away: since then he has not returned to the village. The other day it became known that he was placed in a psychiatric hospital: there he was visited by investigators, to whom he tells what they need. On November 30, representatives of the SC SK came to Ermk Meirmanov to take an explanation about how he "bowed Sagatbaev to change his testimony." There is in this matter, unlike the previous one according to the same article (where violence occurred in the dark), one living witness - the villagers did not see this person sober since Soviet times. “His alcoholic experience,” says Ermek, “30 years. He testifies that Azamat tried to rape Sagatbaev in his eyes. ” And this is all from which this case is sewn.

On November 24, the defendant and prisoner Meyrmanov announced a hunger strike, the cause of which was explained in the statement to the General of the Russian Federation: "I was charged with crimes that I did not commit, and with the use of physical strength was placed for 10 days in the penalty." On November 28, the deputy Commissioner for Human Rights in the Omsk Region came to the Azamat, promising him "to understand everything." Azamat stopped the hunger strike, saying that he would resume it, if henceforth, “physical pressure will be put on it”.

The voltage in the village of South (border with the Republic of Kazakhstan) is growing. “People are in shock,” says Ermack, “from the fact that law enforcement agencies are being created, they ask me when there will be a rally. We have not stated it yet, but the whole village is ready to protest. ” Representatives of Kazakh public organizations (there are 32 of them in the Omsk region), prepare a joint appeal in defense of the son of the assistant Imam to the President of the Russian Federation.
