The Leninsky District Court of Perm fined Alexei Navalny's headquarters coordinator Natalya Vavilova for 25,000 rubles. She was found guilty of organizing a rally-meeting with a politician "by informing", Inna Zhuravleva told OVD-Info.
Vavilova was detained on November 24 immediately after the meeting with Navalny, which took place on private property. Headquarters employees reported that during the detention she was dragged across the ice. against the coordinator Protocols were drawn up on holding a public action without filing a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and disobeying the lawful order of a police officer (article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Before the meeting with the politician, the staff of the headquarters filed several notifications, immediately for 24, 25 and 26 November. For all three notifications, the mayor's office sent responses with a refusal to hold a rally-meeting without providing alternative options. Therefore, the meeting was decided to be held in the local area.
