We continue the project that started last Friday : entrepreneurs and just active people talk about what you can learn in a week. Today's entry is the president of the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" Andrei Sharonov .
In a week, you can probably learn several good things, but it is no less important not to forget what you learned earlier. Such actualization of knowledge can be very on time.
1. On my working computer I have a note: "Who am I grateful today?" She appeared there after one training module for the leadership that I passed. The act of gratitude itself, even if it scrolls in the mind, and does not speak out loud to the addressee, gives a strong emotional charge. Before going to bed, I try to think who I can be grateful at the end of the day. Recently I caught myself thinking that I was really grateful to everyone - even people who have not given reasons for positive emotions, but whose actions became good lessons.
