He made this statement at a meeting of the Association of Municipal Education of the Irkutsk Region (AMO) on December 1. At first, the meeting participants congratulated the United Russia party on his birthday, and Vadim Semenov read out the appeal of members of the Association to President Vladimir Putin, whom he personally met in August, with a request to nominate a new term in the presidential election in 2018. At the end of his speech, Vadim Semenov in the presence of deputies of the State Duma and the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk region, compared the governor Levchenko with Hitler.
“A little lyrics, literally two words,” said Semenov at the general meeting of the organization. - In fascist Germany there was a good slogan: “Hitlers come and leave, and Germany remains.” So the governors and Chernyschovs Dmitry Viktorovichs come and go, and the municipal formations of the Irkutsk region remain. Remember that we are one of the best associations in the Russian Federation. Our association is in a sense the brand of our region. If someone does not understand this, this is very bad. Thank you for the courage and civic position. ”
Earlier, Sayansk, Svirsk, Ust-Ilimsky, Usolsky and Nizhneudinsky districts were excluded from the Association of municipalities of the Irkutsk region. In addition, five more municipalities of the first level left the composition of the organization, one of which is due to abolition.
Recall that Sergey Levchenko was elected the governor of the Irkutsk region in October 2015. AMO for more than a year has been in a state of permanent conflict with the government of the Irkutsk region. The conflict began with the fact that some municipalities decided to demand more subsidies from the regional budget and the redistribution of taxes in their favor.
