The City Hall of Samara misinformed the residents, distorting the court decision on the rally of Navalny

The City Hall of Samara published on her website the incorrect decision of the Samara Regional Court that the authorities refusal to agree on a rally-meeting with Alexei Navalny were recognized as legal. In fact, the regional court recognized this refusal unreasonable, only slightly changing the wording in the decision of the court of first instance.

At the end of November, the team of the local election headquarters Navalny filed an application for holding a rally-meeting on December 3 with a politician. The authorities refused the activists in agreement, citing the fact that all the sites of the city on the proposed day are occupied by other events.

The staff of the headquarters appealed to the decision of the officials. As a result, the Leninsky District Court recognized the refusal to coordinate unreasonable. After the administration, the administration appealed to the decision of the court of first instance, but the Samara Regional Court rejected it, and ordered the authorities to eliminate the violations.

Despite this, on the night of December 3, the headquarters activists were detained when they were preparing for the upcoming meeting with Navalny. Before that, a police officer got into a car where contractors and a scene for the event, and the car left in an unknown direction.
