Romanchev told the publication that he does not intend to appeal the court’s decision, “but from now on he will limit himself from publishing symbols that are in one way or another connected with Nazism.”
The press service of the Murmansk region police previously emphasized that the administration of “any group on a social network” must be prepared to bear responsibility for displaying Nazi symbols and extremist materials.
