The prosecutor's office of the Trans-Baikal Territory discovered violations in the actions of the bailiffs, who were withdrawn from the account of 72-year-old Anatoly Vertrakhov the entire pension-8516 rubles. This was the reason for the pensioner’s appeal to Russian President Putin, he asked him to give him a coffin and dig a grave.
According to Zab.ru , the prosecutor's office established that the bailiffs did not have the right to take the entire pension from the pensioner to pay for the debt for utilities, but only half of it. Therefore, 4258 rubles were returned to Vertiplasov. As a result of the audit, the prosecutor’s office sent a submission to the head of the regional department of the FSSP.
Earlier it was reported that the pensioner from the village of Yasnaya of the Trans -Baikal Territory Anatoly Vertiprakhov turned to Vladimir Putin with a request to dug him a grave and buy a coffin. “Today I have no money. I can’t even buy a bunch of bread. There is no money for the medicines that I need daily, I am a hypertension,” the pensioner wrote.
His debt for utilities amounted to 9 thousand rubles, so in the future the bailiffs will be written off up to 50% of the pension to repay the remaining amount. Vertiprakhov’s pension is 84 rubles less than the subsistence level set in the region.
