OJSC "Technopromesport" deceived the Siemens concern and its joint venture "Siemens of gas turbines technology" and, under the pretext of building TPPs in Taman, received equipment for the construction of TPPs in Crimea. The representative of the German company Mikhail Ivanov stated this in court, Interfax reports .
The Arbitration Court considers the Siemens claim against Rostec structures, OJSC and LLC “VE” Technopromesport, and the recognition of transactions about the supply of turbines for invalid and the return of equipment, which was intended for the TPP in Taman. ”At the same time, construction in Taman did not occur. In early 2015, when EU sanctions were already imposed, the first and second TPE decided to deceive Siemens and, under the pretext of the implementation of the Taman project, purchase equipment for Crimea, ”Ivanov said.
At the same time, the representative of VE "Technopromesport" Mergen Doreev said in court that the Siemens claim concerns not violated civil rights, and the requirements for the implementation of foreign states against Russia, which is unacceptable.
The illegal delivery of four Siemens turbines to Crimea became known in the first half of July. According to the contract, the equipment was delivered for a power plant under construction in Taman, Krasnodar Territory. However, in reality, two turbines were brought to Sevastopol, and the other two to Feodosia. At the same time, Technopromesport for several preceding months repeatedly confirmed in writing that the equipment would not get to the Crimea.
On August 4, the European Union imposed sanctions in connection with the supply of turbines to Crimea. The list of the Ministry of Energy Andrei Cherezov, the head of the department of this ministry, Yevgeny Grabchak and the director of Technopromesport LLC Sergey Toport-Gilka, as well as OJSC and LLC Technopromesport, and joint with Siemens enterprise Interewitomatics, at which turbines were reconstructed to hide their origin to the annexed to annexed. Peninsula. July 21, Siemens got out of the capital of this joint venture.
In July, Siemens filed a lawsuit against Rostec structures and demanded that the turbines arrest as an interim measure during the consideration of the claim . However, the court repeatedly refused the arrest of turbines, and the meetings were suffered for far -fetched reasons.
At the hearing on October 16, Technopromesport LLC filed a counter law on Siemens . Three points of the contract for the supply of turbines to Russia are disputed in it. The first prohibits without the consent of the supplier to transport equipment to another region except the initially declared, the second does not allow the use of turbines outside the Krasnodar Territory, the third gives Siemens the right not to fulfill the transaction conditions that contradict the sanctions of the European Union and the United States. As reported, Technopromesport indicated in the oncoming lawsuit that these terms of the contract "directly threaten the sovereignty of Russia."
