Acting Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov commented on the resignation of Sergey Boyarsky and Alexander Titkov. He also stated that he did not intend to introduce a separate post of head of government.

“I can’t say about the plans of Boyarsky and Titkov. They leave the government, they will need time to search for work, ”said Travnikov, without specifying the reasons for the departure of senior officials of the team of his predecessor Vladimir Gorodetsky.

Travnikov also announced that he was not going to introduce the post of chairman of the government and leave the leadership of the highest body of the regional authorities for himself. He, we recall, now the first two deputy in the government - Yuri Petukhov and Vladimir Znatkov.

“I do not intend to introduce a separate position of the Prime Minister. The highest official will also fulfill the functions of the chairman of the regional government, ”said the acting governor.

In addition, Travnikov announced the return of the position of the deputy governor of agriculture and clarified the situation with the Ministry of Education of the region, the head of which Sergei Nelyubov received the post of vice-governor.

“Sergey Nelyubov does not remain the Minister of Education, because there is no possibility to combine such two large posts. We agreed with him on a certain probation period. Therefore, I do not yet fill the position of the Minister of Education on an ongoing basis. The duties of the minister will be performed by his deputy, ”said the acting governor.

The new composition of the government was formed on December 4. From the previous composition, only the heads of the departments of informatization and land relations did not get into it Anatoly Dubanov and Roman Shilokhvostov, the deputy head of the governor’s administration Mikhail Zhiganov, Boyarsky and Titkov. Minister of Education Sergei Nelyubov became the vice-governor. He and the Deputy Governor of Security Yuri Fareshlykin also received the status of deputy prime ministers.
