“Sergey Nelyubov does not remain the Minister of Education, because there is no possibility to combine such two large posts. We agreed with him on a certain probation period. Therefore, I do not yet fill the position of the Minister of Education on an ongoing basis. The duties of the minister will be performed by his deputy, ”said the acting governor.
The new composition of the government was formed on December 4.
