Kazan authorities did not approve a rally against the construction of a waste incineration plant

The authorities of Kazan refused to agree on a rally against the construction of an incineration plant, which the townspeople wanted to hold in the city center. It is reported by "Idel. Realities".

Representatives of the mayor's office explained their decision by the fact that another event has already been announced at the indicated place. According to the activists, they filed the notification first and were the only ones at the time of filing.

Officials suggested that local residents move the rally to the village of Yudino or to Klara Zetkin Street (according to the publication, the Admiral shopping center burned down at this place a few years ago).

For the same reason, the city authorities did not agree on a similar rally in March.
