In the Crimea, the pro -Ukrainian activist Vladimir Baluh was charged with a disorganization of the activities of institutions that ensure isolation from the company. This was reported by the "Crimean human rights group."
According to investigators, Balukh on August 11, 2017, during the morning inspection of the insulator cameras in the corridor, hit the chief of the temporary detention center of captain Valery Tkachenko with his elbow in the stomach of the chief of the isolator. After that, the activist went into the cell, took the bottle of detergent and again hit the boss in his right hand.
The defense claims that Tkachenko himself attacked a man. He hit him, insulted with obscene abuse and humiliated him on a national basis. This was recorded on the video. Despite the fact that Vladimir Balukh filed an application, the investigation against an employee of the insulator did not start.
On Tuesday, December 6, the activist was awarded the decision to attract as the accused under part 2 of Article 321 of the Criminal Code (disorganization of the activities of institutions ensuring isolation from the company). The case was brought back during the content of the Baluha in the pre -trial detention center. In this case, he was accused of applying violence to a government representative under Article 318 of the Criminal Code, but then the charges were put forward under an article on “disorganization”.
On December 1, the man was transferred under house arrest . Experts of the “Crimean human rights group” believe that the Baluha can be returned to the pre -trial detention center:
Replacing an article in the charges leads to more serious consequences for the Ukrainian. The probability that in the framework of this criminal case he will be sent to a pre -trial detention center is large enough.
On August 4, Baluha sentenced to three years and seven months of the colony. He was found guilty of storing ammunition and explosives (part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code). On October 2, the Supreme Court of Crimea canceled the verdict and sent the case to the court of first instance for an additional investigation.
On October 24, the court extended the contents of the Baluha in custody. Lawyers filed an appeal, and the Supreme Courtsatisfied her.
