The Foreign Minister of Russia and Ukraine discussed the exchange of prisoners

Advisers of presidents of the Norman Four countries will discuss in Minsk an exchange of prisoners between Kiev and Donbass. This was announced by the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry. According to the Ukrainian side, the separatists now hold 168 people in control of the territory. Kyiv hopes that 74 people will be released before the New Year.
