Primorye: the employer owed 26 million rubles to employees

Employees of the Far Eastern Energy Systems Department require them to pay them salary debts in four months. Today on social networks, employees posted reports about the multimillion -dollar debts of the company to them. Most of them executed a contract between the enterprise and the Zvezda submarine repair plant. The total amount exceeded 26 million rubles. The prosecutor's office conducts an audit.

“I called the office, to Vladivostok, they say that there is no money, what will happen this week. And this“ this week ”lasts throughout this time,” said the former excavator of the company Dmitry Babak.

According to him, the company owes him about 80 thousand rubles. In a similar situation was his colleague Oleg Batyushkov. He was fired on October 18. He claims that he has not yet received money. Batyushkov tried to sue with the company, but the defendant did not appear at the first meeting.

“All employees were massively fired. The enterprise will either bankrupt, or that, neither the calculation nor salaries were paid from September,” the interlocutor of Siberia. Realities said.

Earlier it was reported that in September 2017, the prosecutor’s office sued the Far Eastern Department of Energy Systems due to non-payment of debts to employees of the enterprise. Then the debt to 800 employees was completely repaid, people also received compensation. The total amount of payments amounted to more than 50 million rubles.
