Even often a sharp in the assessments and judgments, the speaker of the regional parliament, Andrei Shimkiv, extremely calmly discussed the adoption of the budget and the joint work of deputies with the government. This already says a lot, because we know that Andrei Ivanovich is not afraid of direct and even sometimes tough (recall the spacing of the Minister of Agriculture of the region Vasily Pronkin) statements. His words about the “man -made and non -anonymous” mistakes for “tens of billions” in investment projects were obviously aimed at the ministers of Boyarsky and Titkov who left the region. Obviously, the deputies support this decision of the acting, since the number of scandals and rumors around the dismissed ministers has become close to critical.

Apparently, Andrei Travnikov figured out in two months the intricacies of Novosibirsk politics, understood the influence of “informal groups” on processes in power and built with them even, but “at a distance” of relations.
