The founder of the Tion group of companies Dmitry Trubitsyn was released from house arrest. He is suspected of the production of air purifiers for medical facilities without a license.

The 35-year-old businessman is charged with paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 238.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the production and sale of unregistered medical devices committed in a large amount, a group of persons by preliminary conspiracy). According to the SK, the manufacturer sold the air purifiers of the Tion brand for medical facilities without a license. By the decision of the Soviet District Court, Trubitsyn was placed under house arrest, they tried to appeal the measure of restraint in the regional court.

The company denies the accusations, believing that competitors use the security forces to combat one of the market leaders. On June 10, dozens of friends and acquaintances, including deputies of the City Council and the Business Ombudsman of the Novosibirsk Region, came to a meeting on the election of a preventive measure to support Trubitsyn. On June 15, it became known that Boris Titov, an authorized manner in the President of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, has been a businessman. He called his criminal prosecution with a purposeful destruction of a promising innovative business.
