The author of the project “Elevator is the fifth pillar” - Bertrand Gosselin (France) believes that the elevator near the new bridge across the Yenisei, opposite the reserve “Pillars”, may become an architectural attraction of Krasnoyarsk. At the same time, such a seemingly large -scale project does not require large investments.
