Leonid Broneva died

In Moscow, at the 89th year of his life, an actor of theater and film, People's Artist of the USSR Leonid Broneva died. This was reported on the website of the Lenkom Theater.

Bronova was born on December 17, 1928 in Kyiv. During the war, the family of the future artist was evacuated to Kazakhstan. In 1950, he graduated from the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute named after Ostrovsky. A few years after that he entered the Moscow School Studio. Nemirovich-Danchenko at the Moscow Art Theater Gorky. Then he served in Grozny, Irkutsk and Voronezh drama theaters.

From 1962 to 1988, Broneva performed on the stage of the theater on Malaya Bronnaya. He also played in the television films of the chief director of the theater Anatoly Efros "Boris Godunov" and "A few words in honor of Mr. de Moliere."

In 1988, Bronova accepted the proposal of director Mark Zakharov to Lenkom. For almost 30 years, Bronova was the leading artist of this theater.

Bronova played in more than 70 films, including the Pokrovsky Gate, the same Munchausen, Formula of Love. The popular fame brought him the role of the chief of the Gestapo Henry Müller in the series of Tatyana Liosnova "Seventeen Moments of Spring." After a ten -year break in the shooting in 2007, Broneva starred in the film "Simple things" of directed by Alexei Popogrebsky. This role brought him international and domestic film aids.

The ranks of the national artist of the USSR (1987), People's Artist of Ukraine (2013) were awarded the armor, he was awarded the Order of Merit to the Fatherland of all four degrees. The I degree of the Order was awarded to the artist in 2013 "For an outstanding contribution to the development of domestic theatrical art and many years of creative activity."
