A multi-kilometer traffic jam formed on the Moscow-Chelyabinsk federal highway due to heavy snowfall. According to Interfax with reference to the message of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, among the blocked cars were two buses carrying 36 children aged 10 to 15 years.

To organize the evacuation of children, nine traffic police crews were called, which blocked traffic in one of the oncoming lanes.

“Given the possible danger that could threaten minors from many hours, for almost a day, being in an emergency situation, the traffic police of the Traffic Police Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region ensured priority passage for two buses with 36 children,” the report says. .
