Warsaw regarded the "anti -Polish incident" an attempt to undermine the bus with tourists near Lviv

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland confirmed the information that had appeared earlier in the media that on the night of December 10 under Lviv under a bus with Polish tourists, explosives were laid down. Representatives of the department believe that their fellow citizens not just turned out to be the goal of the attackers.

“On the night of December 9 to 10, under Lvov, it reached damage to the Polish bus, under which an explosive device was fed. This is another anti -Pol incident in Ukraine.” - emphasized in the Foreign Ministry (quote for TASS).

The press service of the police of the Lviv region also previously reported that unknown people damaged a bus with Polish rooms, parked in the parking lot at the Barsky Gora hotel. Law enforcement officers clarified that no one was injured as a result, the bus was damaged by the luggage compartment and side glasses.

The Polish Foreign Ministry indicated that 23 tourists from this country traveled in this bus, but at the time of detonation there was nobody in the cabin. Tourists could not continue the trip on this bus, now they are returning to their homeland, accompanied by Polish consular services.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, commenting on what happened, called the incident a provocation before the visit of President of Poland Andrzej Duda.

Duda will visit Ukraine on December 13. He will arrive in Kharkov, where his meeting is planned with the head of the Ukrainian state Peter Poroshenko, representatives of the OSCE observation mission. He will also have the memory of Polish soldiers buried in the cemetery of victims of totalitarianism in Kharkov.
