The magistrate fined Ekaterina Goroshko one thousand rubles, who was detained at the trial as Kirill Serebrennikov was being restrained. The girl was accused of failing to comply with the order of the judge or the bailiff (part 2, article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the fact that after the meeting she took a photograph in the corridor of the Basmanny court. This was reported to OVD-Info by Memorial's lawyer Konstantin Boikov.
Goroshko on October 17, in the corridor of the Basmanny District Court, watched the broadcast on a remote monitor from a meeting on the case of director Kirill Serebrennikov. The bailiffs were near the monitor, several times they announced that it was impossible to photograph the broadcast of the court. After the end of the court session, Goroshko took one screenshot on her mobile phone. Then she was detained .
The protocol says that Goroshko allegedly took a picture during the court session. The justice of the peace during the court session on the case, did not accept as evidence the printed photograph taken by Goroshko. According to the judge, the girl could have taken not this one, but any other pictures. She also refused to inspect Goroshko's phone.
Boikov intends to appeal the judge's decision.
