Storyboard: an experimental application from Google, turning video into comics

The Google Corporation has releasedthe Storyboard experimental application, which, using artificial intelligence, turns video from one -page comics. Storyboard so far only works on Android.

The application itself is very simple: the user only needs to choose a video that he wants to turn into a comic. Storyboard analyzes the contents, and then selects, processes and combines the most interesting personnel.

You cannot change the details of the resulting collage, but if the user runs a finger on the screen from top to bottom, Storyboard will generate a new comic book from the same video.

The resulting picture can be saved on the phone. The Medusa test showed that the application does not always successfully cuts out frames and does not always form a whole plot from the video.

Google released two more experimental applications - Selfissimo! ( iOS ,Android ), which automatically makes a selfie, and editor of the video Scrubbies ( iOS ).
