The court fined four participants of the “Russian March”

The Lublin Court of Moscow fined four participants of the Russian March 15,000 rubles each for participating in an uncoordinated rally. They were accused of violating the procedure for holding a public action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported in the "Committee of Nation and Freedom" group.

Activists of the "Nation and Freedom Committee" and "Black Bloc" were detained on November 4 in Moscow during an uncoordinated "Russian March". On that day, actions were held in many cities of Russia.

The fined activists are going to appeal this court decision and, if necessary, apply to the European Court of Human Rights.
