According to Tillerson, the United States is concerned about how the sanctions against the DPRK introduced by the UN Security Council are being implemented. A special role in this is played by China and Russia, he noted. The Secretary of State noted that Russia supported the resolutions of the Security Council regarding the DPRK, although "could impose a veto on them." At the same time, "there are some violations, it is not difficult to see them - in particular, forced labor.
