FSB: Sobchak did not call for separatism

FSB officers conducted a linguistic analysis of a fragment of the TV presenter's press conference, where she spoke about Crimea. The experts came to the conclusion that Sobchak's words do not contain calls to violate the territorial integrity of Russia, a source familiar with the results of the examination, which took just over a month, told the BBC. Officially, the FSB did not report its results.
The fact that from the point of view of international law, Crimea is Ukrainian, Ksenia Sobchak said at a press conference, which she gave after announcing her intention to become candidates for the presidency of Russia.
If Sobchak's statement was found to be contrary to the law, she was threatened with criminal prosecution and punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
