The coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny in Murmansk was fined for a chair for shares

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk fined ten thousand rubles coordinator of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Murmansk Violetta Grudin. The administrative case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (organization of a public event without submitting a notification). The penalty of the OWD-Info was reported by the Grudina herself.

Grudina said that the protocol was drawn up in connection with the action on September 23. According to the coordinator, she distributed campaign materials on an area of ​​five corners, in the process other people joined the agitation. Soon, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs drove up to the square. They collected everyone who walked with leaflets in the area in one place where there was a chair with balloons and photographed. This photograph formed the basis of the stern of the sternum.

The protocolstates that during an inconsistent event, a “rapid-fraud-made collapsible design in the form of a stool” was used. The sternum noted that the chair for the shares was unlimited.

Judge Irina Makarova at the meeting called the Grudin a “offender” before the decision was made. According to the activist, the court went very quickly, of which she was accused of was not said. They told the sternum that she would receive the motivating part of the matter later.
