Boris Stomakhin was taken to the Saratov pre -trial detention center

Publicist Boris Stomakhin, convicted of calls for terrorism on the Internet, was delivered to the SIZO-1 Saratov on December 10. It is expected that he will be sent to prison in the city of Balashov. This was reported by "human rights activists of the Urals."

In June 2017, the court tightened Stomakhin’s sentence - he approved his transfer to prison for the rest of the term, until November 19, 2019. The decision was made on the proposal of the head of the correctional colony No. 10 of the Perm Territory. Previously, Stomakhin served his sentence there.

During a meeting with lawyer Margarita Rostoshinskaya, Stomakhin announced the existing threat to his life and health and asked him to transfer him to a safe place. Stomakhin was in a common cell, where "prisoners demand from him to observe thieves' concepts: to obey the look, participate in the collection of common fund, etc.".

“Initially, Boris in the pre -trial detention center was listed behind the third corps, where people who cannot be kept in the total mass of prisoners are sitting,” says Rostoshinskaya lawyer.

On April 20, 2014, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced Boris Stomakhin to three years in prison. Given the previous verdict - six and a half years old - in aggregate publicist received seven years of a maximum security colony.

Stomakhin was found guilty of public calls for terrorism under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code for the material “or a couple of stations to explode railway here ...”.
