The Presnensky District Court of Moscow arrested Vitaly Leontiev for seven days, detained on December 10 during the breakdown of the show "Flight of the Bullet" at the Artdox Film Festival. This was reported by the OVD-Info with reference to the lawyer Anastasia Samorukov.
Leontiev was announced guilty under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman). According to him, he came to the session as a spectator. When the participants of the pro -Kremlin movement SERB began to insult those present in the hall, Leontyev entered the polemic with them. The arrived police officers detained Leontyev with the three pogromers.
The protocol wrote that Leontyev resisted law enforcement officers. He himself claims that he went with the police without coercion on their part. In addition, the document states that Leontyev tried to disrupt the show of the film and shouted at the same time "Glory to Ukraine!"
“Russia is the country of the victorious absurdity! The audience of Artdokfest, who tried to simply shame young people, was arrested and sentenced to 7 days for this,” wrote the President of the festival Vladimir Mansky. “The court did not even accept the video reporting of his innocence for consideration.”
On December 9-10, at the Moscow Cinema October, as part of Artdokfest, shows of the film of the Russian director Beata Bubenets “Fleet of Bullets” dedicated to the war in eastern Ukraine were outlined. On Saturday, some supporters of the militants of the DPR and LPR appeared on the show. They threatened the organizers with “serious problems” during the next demonstration of the film, promising that at the next session “500 people are suitable”.
Another money and other Black Hundreds from SERB and the "Union of Paratroopers" with the flags of Novorossia broke into the hall during the demonstration of the film . There were not 500 visitors, as the organizers were promised the day before, but about 50. Some militants were dressed in camouflage; Some smelled of alcohol.
The screen was doused with urine, after which Igor Beketov (Gosha Tarasevich), climbing up to the audience, began to shout: "Stop showing the film! The film will not be the same where the Russians are killed!"
Several police officers in the hall brought the militants. Beketov and two other participants in the pogrom, Igor Goroshko, and Oksana Skoda, were detained and delivered to OP "Arbat". Leontyev was brought there.
Due to the stench that spread in the hall, Mansky canceled the session, announcing the evacuation of the audience.
On Wednesday, the judge of the Presnensky district court Irina Zubova gave seven days to Beketov, Goroshko and Skoda under the same article 19.3. Goroshko and Beketov admitted that they deliberately disrupted the show of "Bullet flight", explaining that it was an extremist film. At the same time, they rejected the accusation of disobedience to the police, noting that the security forces who delayed them "did not even introduce themselves."
Goroshko is a former militant of the LPR brigade "Ghost". He was a personal bodyguard of the commander of this group Alexei Mozgovoy. Known under the call sign of the Taurus. The author of the book of memoirs "Confession of the Russian volunteer."
Later on Wednesday it became known that the metropolitan CPE demanded that the Artdokfest Directorate provide a copy of the “bullet flight”.
