On December 15, Judge Tatyana Vasyuchenko continued the interrogation of the former general director of the Novovytsk Ski Combine (NLK) Vladimir Sysolyatin. Interrogation is taking place on video conferences from the Kirov court. At one of the previous meetings, Sysolyatin spoke about the work of investment projects of the enterprise and working with the former owner of the plant Albert Laritsky. According to him, Laritsky appeared on NLK in 2009, he found a new bank, which financed the project. He described the relationship of Laritsky and White as friendly.

In addition, the ex-director of NLK said that Laritsky in the spring of 2012 asked him to convey, as he put it, a “cutlet” (i.e. a bribe) for whites. Laritsky himself could not do this, because he flew urgently to Moscow.

According to Sysolyatin, it was gratitude for the transfer of forest plots NLK and Kirovles.

On December 15, Sysolyatin said that during the period when Nikolai Shaklein (the predecessor of the Belykh as the Governor of the Region) led the regional government, NLK did not have advantages in the distribution of forest sites. Several times there were conflicts with the Forestry Department, which were decided after meetings between representatives of NLK and the Department. According to Sysolyatin, after Albert Laritsky became the director of NLK, it became much easier to interact with the administration.

“Laritsky went everywhere and flaunted his acquaintance with the whites,” said the witness. - He said that he was very friends with the whites and thanks to this he would own the entire Kirov region.

To the question of the lawyer Andrei Grokhotov Sysolyatin replied that at the beginning of 2013, when he left the post of director of NLK, the company flourished: more than 1000 people worked in production, there was a small profit.

- Did NLK profitable all your time of work by the general director? - specified the whites.

“As far as I can remember, yes,” the witness answered.

We stopped at the very “cauldron” that Laritsky allegedly handed over to the White in the spring of 2013. Laritsky handed a bribe to Sysolyatin between 17 and 19 hours.

“There was an orange package wrapped in white, and inside - four packs of five hundred bills, only two hundred thousand,” Sysolyatin concluded.

“Did you realize that this was a bribe?” - asked Grohotov.

- I did not have time to think about it then.

“Defender, well, the witness has already answered this question,” Judge Vasyuchenko shortened, after which she removed the question of how re -re -.

Sysolyatin further said that Laritsky regularly reminded of the need to “thank the guys”: in 2011 and in 2012. At the same time, he turned to Sysolyatin with a request to transfer money to the whites only once.

- Listen, but in general the problem was for the director of the enterprise to get to my appointment? - asked the Belykh.

- Usually Laritsky agreed on the meeting. And personally, we met with you only once, ”the witness answered, adding that he allegedly handed over a package of money to the then deputy governor Sergei Shcherchkov in a parking lot at the building of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region, after which Shocherchkov“ drove through the barbaum to the government ”.

From the following documents, it followed that Sysolyatin transferred 800 thousand rubles of a charity sports organization from NLK accounts, and did this by order of Laritsky.

“But I'm sure this was done on behalf of the whites,” Sysolyatin emphasized.

- Why are you so sure? -the ex-governor sighed.

- Because the request emanated personally from Shcherchkov, and knowing Shocherchkov, I do not think that he would be in such matters to show the initiative.

Between the defendant and Sysolyatin there was a skirmish: white, poking his finger into the protocols of Sysolyatin interrogation at the investigation, demanded why he believes that the NLK application was considered in a short time.

- Can you name the enterprises in which it was considered slower?

- I did not follow this.

Belykh listed several enterprises and again asked a clarifying question for disapproving comments of prosecutors.

“I tell you, I did not follow this,” Sysolyatin answered irritably and followed his testimonies at the investigation that the administration provided them with the “best forest”. Later, however, it turned out that we are talking about forest areas previously rented by the bankrupt KOGUP Kirovles, and some of the economically unprofitable sites in NLK simply did not rent.

At this interrogation, Sysolyatin ended. After the break, the court heard a disc with a record of telephone conversations of businessman Yuri Zudheimer and Nikita Belykh (listened to the FSB). Negotiations were recorded on the records that preceded the meetings of the White and Zudheimer in Riga, Bratislava and Moscow. The prosecutors were especially clinging to the phrases of interlocutors, who, in their opinion, looked "strange."

- Nikita Yuryevich, and what does the phrase of Zudheimer “I am collectable. And only for you I will fly to Vienna "?

“I don’t know,” the whites shrugged. - Apparently, this means that he has no other events in Vienna and he offers me to decide on the time and place of the meeting.

As a result, the meeting was not in Vienna, but in Bratislava, where the whites also flew in 2015.

In the next record, Zudheimer asks the whites as a apologetic tone to accept certain documents or “send a person more later.” He passed the papers to the governor through the nephew of Eric.

“Only you have pity him there. He is already worried, afraid that you yourself ... He has this for the first time, ”said Zudheimer. In response, the Belykh suggested meeting him "on Tuesday-environment when I will be in Moscow."

- And what kind of documents? - Dyatlova was interested. - And what is the afraid of poor Eric?

“Ask it to Zudheimer himself, if he arrives, of course,” the whites grinned.

The defendant recalled that Zudheimer had constant problems with the understanding of Russian legislation, so the governor’s questions were compiled in the form of documents by NLK employees and the Leskhoz Criminal Code. What was supposed to do this, Eric Zudheimer for the first time, the whites could not say. When Eric still brought the documents, the whites sent him to the secretary of the Moscow representative office Tatyana Kotankina.

During the next conversation, Zudheimer found the whites on a yacht on the Canaries. "Given that you are not in Russia, you can by phone?" - specified Zudheimer. “Not worth it, probably.” - “I wanted to talk about these investment projects, all your people tell me that you need to talk to you. Everything hung there, everything is sent. There you need to transfer documents there, everything is ready, I am ready. I wish you a good sea, because only joy can bring the sea! ”

The whites from the cage showed towards Catherine Belykh, who was sitting next to the exit from the hall - according to him, then he was just on vacation with Catherine and several more friends. Dyatlova asked to comment on the phrase about the phone. The whites explained that it was shaking on the yacht, it was windy, and it would be inconvenient to record something or discuss business. There is nothing veiled here, the defendant insists.

About the mentioned documents of the whites repeated that at each meeting he asked to provide him with documents about all matters.

- Did you know that the documents meant money? - asked the prosecutor.

“No,” the Belykh answered.

During the next conversation on June 13, 2016, Zudheimer congratulated the whites on his birthday and said that on June 22-23 it would be in Moscow. The whites promised later to navigate the time, because he flew to the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.

The prosecutors did not have more questions, and Judge Vasyuchenko reminded that she had a plane at six o’clock. The next meeting was scheduled for December 18 - it is on this day that Yuri Zudheimer plans to appear again in Moscow. Previously, he could not be in the process "because of weather weather conditions in Switzerland."
