
The Yegor Gaidar Foundation under Novaya Gazeta’s information partnership continues the new season of the Faculty of Economics, in which leading Russian experts in simple language tell about the main subjects of the economy.
The third lecture of the cycle "Economics of the Future" called "Artificial intelligence: what can neural networks and how will they change our life?" The candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, the head of the IPAVLOV project, the head of the laboratory of neural systems and the deep education of the MIFT Mikhail Burtsev will read. We will talk about one of the most large -scale and widely discussed problems of our time: prospects for creating artificial intelligence. Burtsev will talk about what technological breakthroughs will allow multi -layer neural networks to successfully imitate the human brain, as well as the possibilities that the most advanced of such systems will have.
The lecture will be held on Tuesday, December 19, at 19:00 in the mansion on Volkhonka (Bolshaya Znamensky Lane, house 2, building 3).
