Bitcoin exchange rate exceeded 18 thousand dollars

The bitcoin exchange rate on December 16 for the first time exceeded the mark of 18 thousand dollars.

According to the website CoinDesk, which monitors the cost of cryptocurrency on various exchanges, the rate briefly exceeded this mark around 13:25 Moscow time, then fell slightly, and rose again above 18 thousand around 14:40.
