Defender "Artdokfest" behind bars

The publisher and writer Vitaly Leontyev, who tried to protect Artdokfest from members of the radical movement SERB, was arrested. The Presnensky court of Moscow sent Leontyev for jail for seven days for disobedience to the police.

The day before, the same Presnensky district court of Moscow arrested activists of the radical movement of SERB. The leader of the group Igor Beketov and his two like -minded people, who torn the show of the film "Flight of the Bullet" at the Artdokfest festival, received 7 days each. Publisher Vitaly Leontyev, who came to watch a movie in October, was behind bars for the first time in his life. Its lawyers intend to appeal to the Moscow City Court to cancel the court order.
