The Supreme Court softened the sentence of the ex-head of the anti-corruption head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Svugrobov

The Supreme Court almost doubled the sentence of the former head of the anti -corruption headquarters (GUEBIPK) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Sugrobov, who previously convicted by 22 years for organizing a criminal community and abuse of authority. This is reported by Interfax.

“To change the verdict of the Moscow City Court on April 27,” the Armed Forces said in a decision of the Armed Forces.

The Supreme Court also reduced the deadlines for officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs convicted in this criminal case: Salavat Mullyarov, Evgeny Shermanov and Ivan Kosuurov up to 10 years old, Vitaly Cherednichenko and Andrei Nazarov up to 9 years and 6 months, Sergey Borisovsky until 9 years old, Sergey Ponomarev up to 8 years in prison. The deadline is also reduced to entrepreneur Igor Gracunov from 4 years to 3 years and 6 months.

The GUEBIPK case is classified, so the motives of the solutions are not reported.

The policeman was found guilty under part 3 of Article 210 (the organization of a criminal community using an official position), paragraph "in" Part 3 of Article 286 (exceeding the authority that entailed grave consequences) and part 33 of Article 304 of the Criminal Code (organization of a provocation of a bribe).

Simultaneously with the former head of the Guemicircraft, nine more citizens were judged, including his late deputy major general Boris Kolesnikov: Kolesnikov’s relatives refused to stop his persecution in connection with death - on an non -rehabilitating basis. The seven other guemanchers received from 17 to 20 years of strict regime, also with the deprivation of officer titles. Businessman Igor Ukakunov was given 4 years of strict regime. Kolesnikov is also posthumously declared guilty.

None of the defendants pleaded guilty. Earlier it was reported that Mullyarov and Kosourov concluded pre -trial agreements with the prosecutor’s office, and the latter softened the preventive measure. However, in the future these transactions were terminated.

The case against Svugrobov and other defendants was opened in February 2014 . The main suspects were arrested. On June 16, 2014, Kolesnikov died, falling out of the window of the central headquarters of the TFR . According to the official version, the arrested committed suicide. Meanwhile, surrounded by Kolesnikov insisted that he was killed.

Basically, the GUEBIPK case was 21 episode, dating from time from November 2013 to February 2014. The most loud of the episodes is the provocation of the deputy chief of the 6th service of the FSB of the FSB Igor Demin to receive a bribe.

According to RBC, shortly before the detention of Svugrobov, a conflict arose with the first deputy chief of the FSB USB General Oleg Feoktistov .

Previously sentences were sentenced to a number of other defendants. On September 10, 2014, one of the defendants in the case, businessman Sergei Laskin, who concluded a pre -trial agreement with the prosecutor’s office - received three years conditionally for aiding in the exceeding police officials. On December 3 of the same year, the former senior operative of the GuerbipK, Maxim Nazarov, who also went to the pre -trial agreement, was sentenced to five years in a maximum regime on charges of provoking a bribe.

On April 27, 2015, the former deputy chief of the Office "B" GuabipK Alexei Bodnar received five and a half years of strict regime under Articles 286 and 304 of the Criminal Code. In August 2015, two more operatives, Ruslan Chukhlib and Sergey Pirozhkov, were sentenced to four and four years of general regime, respectively, under Articles 210 and 286.
