
The Lefortovo District Court of Moscow extended the arrest of artillery activists of Yuri Korn, Andrei Kepti and Andrei Tolkachev. It is reported by TASS.
"The court decided to satisfy the investigating authorities, extend the term of detention in relation to the accused Korny and Kepti until March 25, with respect to Tolkachev - until April 9, 2018," the judge announced. The meeting was held closed.
According to the investigation, Korny, Kepty and Tolkachev planned to set fire to the scenery and garbage, folded on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow after the Golden Autumn event on October 12, 2017, to shoot it on the video and post records on the Internet, and then demand that the state powder bodies are prematurely resolved. He was charged under Part 1 of Article 30 - paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (preparation for a terrorist act, completely a group of persons by prior conspiracy or an organized group) and in part 2 of STVTY 205.4 (participation in the terrorist community).
Korny and Kepty were sent to a pre -trial detention center back in October. Then they were charged only with the preparation of the attack. At first they were arrested for 15 days under an administrative article, and then they were detained in a criminal case. The arrest of Tolkachev became known on November 11 .
In criminal cases combined into one proceedings, the leader of the “artillery” Vyacheslav Maltsev, Alexander Svishchev and Nadezhda Petrova are also held. On November 10, after five days after the protests who passed according to Maltsev, it became known that the case was opened against the leader of the “artillery” under Part 1 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code (organization of the terrorist community), which provides for a period of 15 years to life. Maltsev, who left Russia, was arrested in absentia.
Svishchev and Petrova Part 2 of the same article were charged. On November 3, Svishchev received five days of administrative arrest. On November 7, Petrova was fined 2500 rubles for participating in the 5th action. Their arrest was not reported. According to the OVD-Info, Svishchev and Petrov disappeared, their whereabouts are unknown.
