Hyperloop One set a capsule speed record for the Hyperloop transport system. According to Wired, the record was set last week.

The previous Hyperloop One record was set in the summer when the capsule was dispersed to 310 kilometers per hour. Information about the new world record for Hyperloop capsules appeared the day after it became known that the founder of Virgin Richard Branson was the new CEO of the company. He replaced Shervin Pishevar as this post - one of the co -founders of Hyperloop One was forced to leave the company after accusations of harassment.

Virgin Group invested in Hyperloop One back in October - then the amount of one -time investment was not disclosed, but it became known that the company would invest up to $ 85 million.
