Travnikov will hire "leaders of Russia"

In the formation of the personnel reserve of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the priority will be given to the participants of the competition "Leaders of Russia".

The acting governor stated this at a weekly meeting with reporters on December 19, commenting on the issue of the appointment of the semi -finalist of the Leaders of Russia contest Kirill Lebedev to the post of head of the Department of Legal, Organizational and Personnel Support of the Ministry of Regional Policy. Travnikov noted that one of his first instructions was a revision of the system of selection of candidates for the personnel reserve, and it was with the execution of this assignment that the appointment of Valentina Dudnikova was connected by the head of the Department of Organization of Management and the State Civil Service.

“For her, the task of forming a personnel reserve will be task No. 1. I asked for the selection of candidates first of all to focus on the“ leaders of Russia ”. And now, the first purpose from this personnel project has already taken place. In 2010, Kirill Lebedev headed the Delivery Development and Interaction with Civil Society Institutes of the Kirov Region. In 2012, the Belykh appointed Lebedev as the head of the department of social development of the region, in 2015 he headed the ministry of the same name.

Lebedev left the Kirov administration after the detention of Nikita Belykh in 2016. The official is accused of receiving a bribe.
