Alekhina and Borisov tied a banner to the lattices on the doors of the FSB building. According to Borisova, after that she managed to go down the steps of the building. The police did not understand that she participated in the action, and did not detain her.

The detainees were taken to the Meshchansky police department.

A protocol was drawn up on Alekhin and photographers for part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in unauthorized picket, resulting in interference with the functioning of life support objects, transport or social infrastructure, communication, movement of pedestrians or vehicles). The court on the protocols will be held on Thursday, before the court the detainees will remain in the Meshchanskoye police department, Alekhina told Interfax.
