The prize was established in 2013 by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov. All residents of the region who create or have already implemented “socially significant projects” in the region can participate in the competition. The winners were chosen by open voting at a meeting of the Expert Council. Prizes received several projects about which nothing was known

As an example in the post, six projects from Zhukovsky in the field of patriotic education are indicated, which won prizes of 150 thousand rubles each. This is the Morpatch Military-patriotic association, the special forces military-patriotic club, the Military-patriotic association “Peacemakers”, the Bulat Military-Patriotic Club, the Rosgvardean club, as well as a project called “Orthodox militant camp”. Facebook posts said that information about these projects exists only on the competition website. The author of the post did not answer the messages "Medusa"; The Medusa correspondent failed to find any references to the work in Zhukovsky of such organizations. At the same time, in the profiles of all winners on the site of the "Our Moscow Region", it is said that they have been working for several years.

The organizers themselves also spoke that among applications for the prize and fakes. They should be eliminated by experts at the mandatory stage of the presentation of projects in municipalities.

On the award website, under the guise of a photo of the winners, images of strangers were placed

On the website of the Prize "Our Moscow Region", all projects are indicated by managers and active participants, their photos and brief questionnaires are published. In the post in the “Honest News of the Moscow Region” it was indicated that on the pages of all six organizations, the existence of which was called into question, photographs of strangers stood in the profiles of executives. Their photos were taken both from social networks and simply from other sites. In some cases, photos of sufficiently known people were used. So, in the photograph, where the member of the “Orthodox militarized camp” is supposedly depicted under the name Ivan Kudryavtsev, in fact, Stanislav Dumkin, a blogger killed in a fight in Gorky Park in the summer of 2017. The photo is equipped with the signature: "I like to work with youth, cheerful, active." A participant in the “Orthodox militarized camp” named Nadezhda Efimov is also presented on the site Fake photo. In her profile is a photo of a girl that is distributed on sites with erotic content and on dating sites.

There is a person who calls himself the creator of all six suspicious oranizations

According to the Moscow Region today, the creator of all six organizations-the laureates of the award-turned out to be Gennady Korotaev, deputy chairman of the charity faculty of military-patriotic movement and the development of military-applied sports "Cascade" from Zhukovsky. “Moscow Region today” he said that the clubs were “real”. Thus, the head of the Orthodox militarized camp, Marina Chistoprodova explained that her organization conducted one shift for 30 teenagers on the basis of the Svyatlexyevskaya deserts in the Yaroslavl region. For three weeks they "studied martial arts under the supervision of special forces and monks." The head of the Rosgvardeets club, Mikhail Bondarenko, said that his organization is real, based in the Zhukovsky aviation technical school, where Bondarenko teaches . For example, they collect information about relatives of the residents of the city who fought during the Great Patriotic War. In the competition "Our Moscow Region", the Rosgvardeets participated in 2016 - and also received a prize.

As fake photos appeared on the award website - neither in the "Rosgvardez" nor in the "Orthodox militarized camp" do not know. Marina Chistoprodova suggested that her wards of adolescents who participated in the creation of the application could “shut up” or “to join”. Korotaev admitted that he does not know some people from photographs on the award website. “Some people asked them to register as participants, but my subordinate did not refuse-they say that what is the kind,” he said.

Local authorities began their own investigation and stated that organizations were real

According to the newspaper “Moscow Region Today” (distributed in Moscow and the region and regions), even before the advent of the fake of the fake winners, the residents of Zhukovsky turned to the Public Chamber of the Moscow Region and provided data that six winners of the Governor's competition from their city look suspicious. Victory verification continues, premium payments are suspended

The authorities of the Moscow region conduct an additional audit of all six suspicions of organizations. The head of the Main Directorate of Social Communications of the region, Irina Pleshcheva, said that the information about the “fake projects” entered the administration on December 5, and no payments were made suspicious to the winners. Pleshcheva said that all six organizations also aroused suspicion among the authorities because they did not give the organizers of the prize all the documents necessary for receiving money. It was impossible to weed out on this basis, since, according to the regulations , copies of documents for transferring funds (passport, registration, TIN and details) are provided only after summing up the contest.
