On May 22, 2012, Lukyanov was detained on Kudrinskaya Square, there was just the next organizational assembly (Assembly, as they said) of the participants of the Okupayabai protest camp. Remember, there was such a thing on purebred boulevard? Young people of a smart look (then they called the “hipsters”) defeated the tents in the square, protested against the outrages of the regime, irremovability, etc. They gave smart lectures, conducted some master classes, and we came there in the evenings, listened. On the backpacks we had the badges "We are power here!" (popular at that time), and on the steering wheel to the great, for example, many tied a white ribbon, also the fashion was like that.

And then the police dispersed this camp, and partially he moved to Kudrinskaya Square. There was an assembly on which Lukyanov was detained. He recalls: “There, as always at all these events, the cops are bent. Well, here I am like this, creative class. Two in uniforms come to me and with them one more, in civilian. And this one in the civilian to me: "Your documents?" And I say: "Imagine." Well, if a person is in civilian clothes, then who is he at all? He does not want to introduce himself, begins to ask questions through the riot police. That is, we seem to play a spoiled phone in a spoiled phone, the theater of absurdity in general. And, in the end, they say to me: "Let's go." Well, I’m kind of like a respectable citizen, I'm going to a car carrier ... "

In Avtosak, Lukyanov presented the riot police with the right, tried to get the phone to inform his friends about his detention - but then the police ended all the politeness. He was twisted, harshly put on the shop and took him somewhere:

“Well, it’s hard to understand where you are being taken if you are lying in the shop with your face. Such a light anti -terror is obtained. Probably, Igilovtsev is arrested like that, I don’t know ... ”(who are the ISIS ( the organization is recognized as terrorist and prohibited in the Russian Federation - ed. ) We, in my opinion, also did not know yet. By the way, the“ Benderovites ”were not yet out of broad everyday life.)

Later it turned out: Andrei was initially brought to the Presnenskoye police department, from where, having been handed over to the handcuffs, they delivered with accompaniment to the Krasnoselskoye police department. A man in a civilian, in which Lukyanov later recognized Lesha-Leskok, who was smelling at rallies, shot all this on a mobile camera. All the attempts of Andrei to find out which, in fact, there are claims to him, broke up about the impenetrable: “otherwise you yourself do not know.” He says: "For them, a picture was clear for them, except for me alone."

As is now known, the rights that Andrei Lukyanov showed police officers, the same “in civilian clothes” considered fake. The detainee was identified as Oleg Vorotnikov (also known as a thief), the elusive and legendary founding father of the War art group (remember such a cultural phenomenon?). The thief by that time was put on an international wanted list in connection with his next witty action (although I don’t know whether it is possible to distribute such assessments to such promotions from today?). The action was called the “palace coup”: during one night, the activists of the “war”, based on their hostile attitude to the police, turned several patrol cars upside down in St. Petersburg. (Today it is even scary to imagine such an action, really? And then we still had Pussy Riot, and we did not know about “insulting the feelings of believers”, nor about “exciting hatred regarding the social group“ Police ”.)

By the beginning of 2012, Vorotnikov left Russia, the “war” ceased its creative activity.

Lukyanov never had a relationship either with the “war” or the action. He simply turned out to be outwardly similar to Vorotnikov, and also from the creaces.
He recalls: “They brought to the department and say: prints. And I am well -read, before the rallies were especially well -read then. And you printed memos, and in other places I read. And I tell them: "I will not." And to me, then, hefty is hefty ... And there they generally have some kind of international. Here they are drilling, Lesha-smile. There are some understood from the Kazan station, standard, frozen-looking ... And this is a drill-on me with a fist on the kidneys! And, in short, dactyloscopy. BAM - I am not in the database! BAM, BAM - not again! "

Several times they asked: “Gategles? “No, Lukyanov.” They even brought a protocol on fingerprinting in the name of Oleg Vorotnikov, but Lukyanov refused to sign it.

At night, Andrei was returned to the Presnenskoye police department. They did not let his wife call, they didn’t even give water to drink pills (vital). After Andreev, the wife Lena and his friends still found him in the police department. It is clear why it was so long: they were looking for Lukyanov, and the police thought that they were sitting at that time the collars that were famous at that time. All loved ones were already very much on the nerves, they did not know where to call.

When Andrei was found, a lawyer from the Public Verdict Foundation came to him; This fund is engaged in the support of the victims of torture (now they were recognized as “foreign agents”, but then no one thought that the fight against torture was an intervention in Russian politics). And the police also seemed to realize that there was a misunderstanding. The detainee with the lawyer went to the traumatic center, documented all the hematomas and abrasions, and then the whole gimp with the investigation began. “We went to the USB,” says Lukyanov. - I remember, there was such a man, my explanation tapped with two fingers. I was struck by how he tried to turn out that I seemed to be to blame for everything. “Have you climbed behind the phone? Ahhh, well, you see, but they didn’t know what you were behind the phone, they thought about something else. ”

Well, for four years, Lukyanov’s statement was transferred from one department to another: in the name of Kolokoltsev (then the head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate), to the UK, to the second regiment of the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - and in a new one. And only one department that took part in history did not flash in any document - the Center for Combating Extremism. Although even then it was already clear to everyone what kind of “guys in civilian clothes” that were present at every rally and someone peering out there. Since then, I must say, these guys in civilian clothes have seriously turned around, established a stream of landings not only based on civil activism - but already for the reposts of unreliable records in social networks (well, as well as for drugs, weapons, etc., if there are no legal grounds for planting). “This is just the third compartment,” Lukyanov states somehow bewildered. - The invisible service, does not bear the form, does not appear. At least according to the instructions, it is necessary to behave, how to behave, but with these how? "

Of course, Andrei Lukyanov and the “public verdict” tried to protest the non-disclosure of the case in court, but it all ended in making a disciplinary sanction to two some small employees, but it would not be possible to punish anyone else-they expired. Lawyer Irina Biryukova from OV came up with a lawsuit to file compensation for non -pecuniary damage - he will be considered on Thursday. There were beatings, and they were documented. But this will be precisely that compensation for harm-but there is no question of responsibility for the perpetrators, it turns out.

-When only it happened, it seemed to me that my business would be so resonant! - Andrei Lukyanov recalls now. “But everyone probably seems so to everyone.” There was such a magazine "Big City" - and even there they wrote about me!
