
Maria Alekhina and two photographers - Andrei Zolotov and Denis Bochkarev will be left in the Meshchansky police department at night. In the morning they were detained during the promotion near the FSB building on Lubyanka. Open Russia writes about this.
The detainees drew up protocols under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized action that entailed the creation of interference with citizens to residential premises or objects of transport or social infrastructure). At first, Maxim Pashkov did not want to let young people a lawyer of Open Russia, he got into the department only a few hours after the detention of Alekhina, Zolotov and Bochkarev.
UPD: Andrei Zolotov, the Open Russia photographer, was released from the police department without a protocol. This was announced by the OVD-Info on the hotline by a man located at the police department.
Mediazona writes that his administrative case was closed, and the photographer will go to court only as a witness in other cases.
