
The city hall of the two cities in the Irkutsk region-Ust-Uda and Ust-Kut-Gosfincontrol convicted of the transfer of apartments under the resettlement program from emergency housing to residents who have already died.
It turned out that two social rental agreements and several more apartments for immigrants worth 42 million rubles were transferred to "other persons" in Ust-Kut with the dead. In Ust-Uda, the city authorities provided 12 houses worth 12 million rubles "to citizens who did not have the right to reside in emergency housing as an owner or under a social contract", that is, to tenants of emergency housing.

In addition to the cities mentioned, checks, according to the head of the Gosfincontrol Service Lyudmila Bogdanovich, were held in Cheremkhov and Shelekhov, Nizhneudinsk and Taishet, Kirensk and the village of Magistralny.
The service sent the instructions and submission to the municipalities, the heads of cities promised to eliminate the violations. The service intends to transfer the results of inspections to the prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region.
