The media neither in Khakassia, nor in Siberia as a whole did not say a word about the Lyceghevich family. Only at the very beginning of the zero, 17 years ago, when Lyubov Petrovna Bograd officials convinced to create the first foster family in the area. And then journalists came to her.

She said that she grew up in a large family and always dreamed of the same - to be like her mother. But for a long time she could not give birth. In 1982, she got married, 10 years-nothing. And in 1993, the first girls, Natasha and Mary, he and her husband adopted. After 5 years, her own, blood (people, was true true: if you can’t give birth for a long time, you need to take someone else). This is a lie. The resolution of the district administration was issued on November 1, the children were taken on November 3. And nothing would have changed if later Lyceghevich did not find protection in Krasnoyarsk and did not protest the decision of the municipality in court.
