The efforts of Aeroflot to bring the domestic industry for the best world standards this year were awarded a prestigious prize. The association of corporate lawyers (Okur) recognized the deputy leader of the airline on legal and property issues of Vladimir Alexandrov “The Reformer of the Year” for active participation in the reform of the legislation favorable entrepreneurial activity.
We are talking about adopted this year with the direct participation of Aeroflot at once several significant laws for the industry. So, since April of this year, a new law on aircraftode is in force, which has significantly tightened the punishment for fans to resign on board the aircraft. Now they are facing a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles and even imprisonment up to 5 years.
A logical continuation of this step was the law on the black lists of airlines (entered into force on December 16), allowing air carriers to refuse to sell tickets to passengers who compromised themselves earlier during flights. Previously, they did not have such an opportunity - the company was obliged to sell a ticket even to those who had already proven themselves as a rowdy on its previous flights.
The laws adopted from the supply of the national air carrier will significantly strengthen flight safety. The tightening of punishments is designed to cool the ardor of particularly violent passengers who will now think twice before violating the rules of behavior on board, at the risk of everyone else.
However, that for Russia “revolution in the industry”, then in the world it is a long -accepted practice. So, in the USA the cheaper smoking on board will cost - only 2 thousand dollars. For acts, the police and a fine of up to 25 thousand dollars are immediately waiting for the acts more serious than the air defense system on Earth, and in especially serious cases five years in prison. In the UK, the punishment is slightly softer, but also tangible - a fine of 3.5 thousand pounds and imprisonment from six months to two years. The most stringent conditions for lovers of violating calm in the sky are provided in France: there you can get a fine of 150 thousand euros (!) For this, and in the event of a fight on board - and 10 years of prison.
As for the introduction of black lists of airlines in Russia, this is another effective measure that restrains the aircraft defosions. Such measures have been used everywhere in the USA and Canada for more than 10 years and have recently been adopted by most airlines in China. There is a similar practice in Europe - for example, in the UK. And although there is no unified information exchange system between English airlines, they begin to seriously think about it - especially against the backdrop of a multiple increase in air defense systems in recent years.
The combination of a “large fine plus prison” for violation of order in the air, as well as the removal of particularly violent brawls from the flights of particularly violent ribs today is used almost throughout the world. Russia was one of the few countries where it was impossible to find the council on such passengers. The maximum penalty for unacceptable behavior on board was only 5 thousand rubles, and the police reluctantly “accepted” them on earth, since nothing, more seriously than administrative punishment, was provided for in this case. Now the situation will change for the better-strict punishments will minimize the situation when, due to one drunken or inadequate passenger, hundreds of law-abiding people will suffer.
