He is 57 years old (and Zyuganov, by the way, 73), was born in Moscow, received an engineering education. In 1990, he began to work at the Lenin state farm in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region, and five years later he headed the enterprise. At the same time, it was corporate, and the new director began to build socialism in it. And, according to the media publications, he built. Interestingly, Pavel Grudinin has experience in politics, albeit small for presidential candidate. He got into the federal agenda only recently, when he performed in the State Duma of the Russian Federation and defeated the version of the success of the import substitution program, saying that the country managed to fully provide their food at the expense of artificial rather than natural products.

Many communists, despite the fact that Grudinin is not a party, seems delighted with the chosen candidate. He is also called the “Red Director”, the “man of business” and the leader in which “the Communist Party will finally sigh”.

“His enterprise is one of the most successful, if not the most successful in the suburbs. His social programs, kindergartens in the form of castles, schools, social bags attract attention. The population has a certain trust, he is familiar with political subtleties, ”political analyst Sergei Polyakov explained to Kommersant .

However, there are also dissatisfied. The elections of the candidate within the party were interesting, competitive - in addition to Gennady Zyuganov and Pavel Grudinin in lists for nomination from the Communist Party of the Communist Party, including those proposed by the regions. Among them, according to RBC , the Governor of the Irkutsk Region Sergey Levchenko, the mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot, a member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Leonid Kalashnikov, the deputy chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Afonin, economist Yuri Boldyrev, deputy chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party, Dmitry Novikov Viktor Sobolev and other. Experts urge to be more skeptical about this situation-do not forget that the Communist candidate still does not have a political weight.

It is possible that they will be used to attract the "anti -ryugan" part of the left electorate, while Gennady Andreevich himself will continue to lead the party as a kind of elder and after the elections will "shake" it back to the "consonant" politics, ”political scientist Anatoly Gagarin told the ndnews.ru portal.

The candidate himself, who directly states that he is ready to take away part of the votes from Vladimir Zhirinovsky and even Vladimir Putin, is partially about the same.

“If the elections are honest, then we have no competitors, because not a single party has an ideology. You see, this is not a struggle of ideas, it is a struggle of ideologies. By the way, with regard to Gennady Zyuganov, he will lead the election headquarters of his protege. He told reporters before the party congress on Saturday.
