Alexei Navalny was nominated as a presidential candidate. The meetings of initiative groups for Navalny’s nomination on December 24 were held in 20 cities of Russia, including in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk. In Moscow, the meeting was held in Silver Bor . After summing up the vote, Navalny thanked his supporters for his support and stated that he intended to win the elections.
