But in the name of the triumph of democracy in one individual country and therefore, that the law prescribes the holy right of each Russian -who has reached a certain age to run for president. Anyone, you see, Putin's compatriot, even if even Navalny, can, having collected initiative groups and preparing the necessary papers, bring them to where the working group of the Central Election Commission meets.

That is, delving into the submitted documents and understanding the point of view of higher comrades, they will not refuse to register the oppositionist within the foreseeable time. Then Alexei Navalny and his supporters will begin to collect the obligatory 300 thousand signatures throughout Russia - and collect. And if you indulge the fantasies are completely violent, it can be assumed that the candidate will be allowed to the election, and he, going out on the second round, will overcome the opponent who will stubbornly confuse him with Saakashvili, and only on this day it turns out that he won dishonestly. For the law represented by Vladimir Putin, Ella Pamfilova and almost all judges of the Constitutional Court did not allow him to participate in the presidential race. Nevertheless, democracy is a procedure, which yesterday we have seen once again. Despite the fact that from the outside it might seem to be a delusional play in which all the plot moves are confused. Anyone who, under the Constitution, actually has the right to be elected, is deprived of this right, but for some reason easily passes the documents to the CEC. As if in power, a conscience woke up. And those who, according to concepts, seemed to be finally formed in the state, should exhibit the chains of the Russian Guard so that he and his associates cannot pass any papers, work overtime and accept it as a native. Like a future president, doomed to win.

But this look is erroneous. In fact, this is how Russia has a system based on the strictest observance of the democratic procedure. The system that, for example, does not put anyone just like that, but always after a thorough legal verification in those institutions that are called the old fashioned ways in our country. During the adversarial process, yes. And the elections are held according to the same scheme, which is already a year in a row, and every rock is made here according to the rules, albeit sometimes original, and there is no Saakashvili, whose documents would not have checked competent people when meeting him. And if the Xiva is in order, then the owls, go through, citizen. There is before that pillar, and there we will stop you again, check, we sear and not let you go anywhere else.

So at the same time a number of most important tasks are solved. Society is accustomed to the idea that he can’t get away from democratic procedures, there is nothing even to dream of. Foreign partners are convinced that the Maidan is impossible in our country, since power is replaced without changing, during the most honest elections. As for the Russian authorities, it does not deny itself the pleasure of mocking them over all - starting with society and ending with foreign enemies. But this is not forbidden by law. This is also a purely procedural moment: mockery over their own and over strangers.

I heard, some are still interested in whether it is necessary to go to the elections in March next year. A strange question. Putin already agreed to try his luck for the fourth time. Zhirinovsky has already advanced. Look, Ksenia Anatolyevna Sobchak will collect the right number of signatures. Already the Communists, striking in their unpredictability, found some kind of non-juganov in their ranks, while the director of CJSC "Lenin state farm", a rather famous capitalist. I'm not even talking about Sergey Polonsky.

And yesterday, about the same hours as Polonsky, they registered the candidate for Navalny's candidates. And if this is not democracy, then what is called democracy, and if this is not elections, then what else is the word to designate the event scheduled for March 18? Those who have chosen another word can, of course, evade the performance of civil duty, but millions of Russians, I am sure, will not angrily marked this word and upset the leadership, despising it and boycotting the democratic procedure, will not.
